Please note: To avoid our no-show or late cancellation fee, please cancel an appointment at least 24 business hours prior to the appointment start time (Monday appointments must be canceled by the Friday on the week prior).
Appointment changes up to the 24 hour window may be made by calling the office at 208-395-1090 and leaving a voicemail or by messaging reception within your online chart of the necessary changes. We do not have a texting phone line.
The no-show fee for canceling less than 24 business hours before, arriving more than 10 minutes late, or for not showing up for a scheduled appointment, including telehealth, is $100 (*Lab Draw appointments are at a reduced rate of $20). This will be charged to the card on file on the date of the late cancellation or no-show. Thank you for your understanding.
