Erin is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 30 years of experience in healthcare. Erin’s heart for people shines through in every interaction. She believes everyone has a unique story and deserves care that’s personalized and empowers patients to take charge of their health. Her passion lies in finding the root cause of symptoms and helping her patients live vibrant, healthy lives. Outside of medicine, Erin enjoys spending time with her husband, five children, and three grandchildren, and her faith remains an important part of her life. She’s an active runner, strength trainer, and loves cooking healthy meals at home. Erin’s philosophy is simple: "I would never ask a patient to do anything I wouldn’t do for myself or my family".

Sami is our Clinical Manager and Leanna’s Medical Assistant. She’s also a licensed Esthetician. If you’ve visited our office, you’ve probably heard her unforgettable laugh. Sami is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and consistently goes above and beyond. Outside of work, she enjoys playing pickleball and spending time with her family.
